HIIT
week was the last week of term 2 we had finished gymnastics last week then Mr Ogilvie decided to run a hit section because we will not be able to run around outside since its almost the end of the week .Today at hit we got bands and got to use heart rate monitors and we had to get a partner to be able to do the activities,the activites were plank hold ,mountain climbers,push ups and press ups.
The whole reason we did it with a partner was to encourage each other and build our strength in confidence. The last activity we did in our hit session was to do the bring sally up squat challenge which was kind of hard when you had to keep your back straight and when you had to make sure your legs were not to far apart.
