Fireworks Presentation

Yesterday, for Inquiry we were asked to , get into 7 groups of 3 and make a presentation about being safe around fireworks. We then, had to pick one of the junior classes to present it to. In making our presentation we were asked to make it, simple so the kids would be able understand our message.
This is the presentation that Mele, Angela and I created, this presentation, which we then presented to Rm 6.

(Inquiry) The Story of Guy Fawkes

This week for inquiry, we have been learning to understand the story of Guy Fawkes, and the dangerouse plot to kill the King. This is a DLO that Sakina and I have created, which explains who is Guy Fawkes and why he was an important memeber of the plot gang.

(Inquiry) Needs & Wants

This week in inquiry, we learnt about the wants, needs, service and products. To understand more about these words, in groups we created a DLO, showing the meanings of each of these words and some examples. A need is something that you required, like water, food and shelter, while a want is something you desire, but don't really need it. A product is a item that is bought which you can use and a service is when someone who works for others in return of money.
